Terms of Use

These terms cover visiting PIXELHALL and booking a station, in the hall and on this site. Using the club or the booking form means you agree to them. They are short on purpose — a computer club should feel like a place to play, not a contract.

Bookings and the wall

A booking holds one station for the block you chose. The wall by the entrance shows live occupancy: a lit square is taken, a dark one is open. We keep the wall honest, but seats fill quickly on busy evenings, so a reservation is the surest way to guarantee your square. Arrive within a reasonable window of your slot; a square held too long may be released to the next guest.

Rates and payment

Rates are charged by time — by the hour, the evening block, the night pass, or the weekend marathon — and are settled at the front desk. Prices shown on the site are a guide and may change; the rate posted at the desk on the day is the one that applies. No money changes hands on this website.

Conduct in the hall

Keep food and drink in the lounge, keep voices low in the Upper row, and leave your square as you found it. Treat staff and other guests with plain courtesy. We may end a session, without refund, for behaviour that disrupts the hall, damages equipment, or makes others unwelcome. This is a place for play and community, nothing more.

Equipment and your gear

You are welcome to bring your own keyboard, mouse, and headset and plug them into any station. Please handle club hardware with care; report a fault at the desk rather than working around it. You are responsible for damage caused by misuse. PIXELHALL is not liable for personal items left unattended in the hall.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the club grows — a third floor, new blocks, a bigger wall. The current version always lives on this page. Questions about anything here can go to [email protected] or +55 11 98321-4972.
